Your privacy matters to us. This page explains how the MYTH prelaunch waitlist uses your information.
1. Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, optional name, preferred platform, and the time you joined. Our hosting and email providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver the site and messages. When you browse the site, we also collect anonymous usage analytics: pages viewed, clicks, referring site, approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and technical errors. This is not linked to your name or email address, and we do not record your screen or sessions.
2. How we use it
We use waitlist information to manage the waitlist and send updates about the MYTH launch and platform availability. We use analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages are useful, and to fix errors. We do not use the prelaunch site to create product accounts, process payments, or store app projects.
3. Service providers
Waitlist data is stored with Neon, our database provider. Launch emails are sent through our email delivery provider. Usage analytics are processed by PostHog. These providers process information to operate the prelaunch site. We do not sell your waitlist information.
4. Retention and choices
We keep waitlist details while the prelaunch programme and relevant launch updates are active, unless you ask us to remove them earlier. Every launch email includes an unsubscribe link. To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@mythai.dev.
5. Security
We restrict admin access and use encrypted connections to our database and email provider. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
